What this website collects

Forms on this site collect contact information only: your name, phone number, email address, general service area, and the message you choose to send. We use it for one purpose — responding to you about home care services, employment, or the question you asked.

What this website deliberately does not collect

We do not collect health information, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, dates of birth, or other Protected Health Information (PHI) through this website. Clinical intake happens by phone, where that information is handled under our HIPAA obligations as a licensed home care agency.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies or run third-party ad trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Third parties

Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to IHCS staff. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which is governed by Google's own privacy policy when loaded. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Retention and your choices

Website inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us at any time to delete a website inquiry you submitted by writing to ihcs@igbanshcs.com.

Clients and HIPAA

For active clients, health information is protected under HIPAA and New York State law. Clients receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at the start of care, which governs that information — not this website policy.
