Who We Are

A family agency, run like one

IHCS was founded in 2005 with a simple conviction: home care works best when the people arranging it actually know your name. Two decades later we're still small enough to answer our own phones — and licensed, audited, and equipped like agencies many times our size.

Every caregiver we send is certified, screened, and supervised by a registered nurse. Every family gets a coordinator who knows their case.

Getting Started

From first call to first visit

Reach out

Call us or submit a secure intake request. We'll listen and explain your options.

Nurse assessment

A registered nurse visits your home to build a care plan around your routines and needs.

Coverage & match

We coordinate with your MLTC plan or Medicaid, then match a caregiver by skills, language, and location.

Care begins

Scheduled visits start — with nurse supervision and a coordinator on call around the clock.

See if you or a loved one qualifies

Most clients qualify for home care through Medicaid and Managed Long Term Care — often at no cost to the family. It takes a short conversation to find out.
