Who we're hiring

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)

You'll need: a current NYS HHA certificate, medical clearance, valid ID and work authorization, and references we can call.

You'll do: personal care, health monitoring under an RN-directed plan, meal prep, and honest documentation of every visit.

Personal Care Aide (PCA)

You'll need: a NYS PCA certificate, medical clearance, and the patience this work genuinely requires.

You'll do: hands-on assistance with daily living — bathing, dressing, mobility — plus companionship and household support.

You'll need: an active, unrestricted NY RN license and at least two years of home care or community health experience.

You'll do: in-home assessments, care planning, aide supervision, and coordination with MLTC plans and physicians.
